(I’ve been using Emacs since 1979, and Epsilon, my favorite Emacs-like editor, since 1991.  It’s amusing to do something in a few seconds in Epsilon that makes a Visual Studio or vi user’s jaw drop . . . though I really, really like Intellisense…).

    Like what? I haven’t used Epsilon in many years. Is it that much more capable than vim these days? Because usually I think of vim as being more or less Emacs-equivalent.

  2. Never used vim in my life. Looks a lot more powerful than vi, though I’ll probably never use vim ever in my life, either 🙂
